Reference Number 0000348097 Saratoga County Sewer District #1 (SCSD) intends to retain a qualified company (Contractor) to furnish all permits, labor, materials and equipment required to remove, transport, and dispose of up to 100 percent of the daily production of dewatered biosolids from SCSD's wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) which is located at 1002 Hudson River Road, Mechanicville, NY 12118. This service would be required daily depending upon plant loadings and maintenance requirements. The schedule of hauling will be determined based upon the location of the disposal. As the WWTF is staffed 24 hours a day 365 days a year, the processing of sludge and filling of the trucks may begin at any point during the week. The actual hauling schedule will be agreed upon by SCSD and the Contractor. It is anticipated that the hauling will be required for a minimum of 24 months.
