Contract 03 - General Construction Budget: $650,000 The Owner, the Mechanicville City School District, will receive separate sealed bids to furnish material and labor to complete District Wide Building Renovations & Additions. Provide every request for such interpretation in writing, addressed to CSArch, Attention: Melissa Renkawitz, email: mrenkawitz@csarchpc.com with the subject line filled out to read "Mechanicville City School District - 2021 Capital Project - Phase 2" and to be given consideration must be received no later than 12:00pm on October 18, 2023. The Owner shall maintain the right to reject any or all Bids. A Bid not accompanied by the required Bid Security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or which is in any way incomplete or irregular is subject to rejection.
