A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids will be accepted by Los Angeles County Public Works, Project Management Division III, for the removal and replacement of existing monuments, landscaping upgrades, art installation, and the performance of other appurtenant work under Project ID No. RDC0016462, East Los Angeles Monument Improvements in the unincorporated community of East Los Angeles. Project Limit: City Terrace @ Eastern Av; Atlantic Bl @ Telegraph Rd; Beverly Bl 300' E/o Gerhart Av; Atlantic Bl 100' N/o Pomona Bl The work is estimated to cost between $900,000 and $1,400,000 and shall be completed in 120 working days. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A or C-27 contractor's license. The contract, if awarded, will be awarded to a responsible contractor with the lowest responsive bid; however, the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
