Site work for a water / sewer project in Medora, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Replace aging and undersized 2-inch and 4-inch water main with approximately 26,000 lineal feet of 4-inch and 4,000 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC water main. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. Location: Within Jersey County portions of: Ruyle Township T. 9N- R. 10W. Sections 2; 3; 11; 13; 14; 24; 25; 36. And within Macoupin County portions of: Chesterfield Township T. 9N- R. 9W. Section 31. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security must be at least 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price.
