SCOPE The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair anti-ligature overhead door alarms on 6 doors located in Building 170 on the North Little Rock campus of Central Arkansas VA Healthcare system. Preventative Maintenance / Certification of the Top Door Alarm System. This will consist of the following: One (1) person certified (Credentialed and Authorized by Manufacturer) to perform certified testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting of the Top Door Alarm System. Includes: Certifying documents for each room (36) and total System, written report, and digital test file. Quantity: 1 Preventative Maintenance / Certification performed Semiannual. Refresher training for electrical / nursing staff to include operation and troubleshooting. 2. GENERAL GUIDANCE 2.1 The current overhead door alarms for rooms: 1H127, 3K129, 3K130, 3K138, 3K148, 3K151 in Building 170 on the North Little Rock campus of Central Arkansas VA Healthcare system are to be repaired using new parts.
