Reference Number 0000269698 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/21 12:00:00 PM CDT Dragging and snowplowing of road surfaces on various Provincial roads in the Rural Municipalities of Fisher, Bi-Frost and Unorganized Territories. WORK PERIOD The work period will commence on approximately May 20, 2024 and conclude on approximately March 31, 2025, on every day with no days of rest. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Notwithstanding the specification for Liquidated Damages, 130.5 Working Days shall be defined as the time to complete a work request as detailed below and shall apply to each request for Work. A Liquidated Damage of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing that has not been completed within 48 hours following notification from the Contract Administrator. A Liquidated Damage of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Dragging production that does not meet 60 pass km per day per unit. A Liquidated Damage of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Hourly Work that has not been commenced within 24 hours following notification from the Area Works Supervisor or their delegate.
