Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Riverton, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This request for quotation is to establish a contractor for pay rates for the following; A contractor for the design, supply and installation of Parking lot line striping at the Riverton-Bifrost Community Hall and Curling Rink at 175 Reggie Leach Drive in Riverton, MB. Layout design for parking area is to include the following if possible (sample design attached with measurements); -1 yellow cross-hatching directly front of each main door. (A1) -1 Handicap parking stall on each side of the yellow cross-hatching to include: White symbol on blue (standard size), (4 total handicap parking stalls in the front of the building). (A2) -1 single row of white parking lines along the front of the building. (A3) -2 double rows of white parking lines. (A4) -1 single row of white parking lines along the South side against Reggie Leach Drive. (A5) -1 single row of white parking lines along the Eastern side of the parking lot. (A6) -1 single row of white parking lines along the Eastern side of the Curling Rink. (A7) (Riverton-Bifrost Fire Department) -14 x 40-foot Yellow lines (2 lines per overhead door) (A8). -Line spacing to match the lines inside the building -White Paint (Lines) - Alkyd or Waterborne -Yellow Paint (Cross-Hatching) - Alkyd or Waterborne -Blue Paint (Handicap) - Alkyd or Waterborne Work shall be completed on or before July 31, 2025.
