Site work for a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
As of June 6, 2024 , project was awarded to Sunbelt Pools but awarded amount is not available. The scope of work provided by the pool contractor must include the removal of the existing white plaster finish (by hydroblasting, not chipping) and replacement with a new white, marcite plaster finish.
