Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes: addressing sewer gravity main asset locations using internal point repairs, internal section liner, open cut point repairs, new manholes or access chambers, some tasks on cleanouts/ends of mains, section and line replacements, and reconnecting existing services. Some assets will require gaining access to manholes/cleanouts and cleaning the mainline, cut taps/roots, so a full investigation by others can take place. This includes all incidental items associated with these tasks such as bypass pumping, traffic control, pavement/sidewalk repair, and restoration work. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
