U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection Quarantine (PPQ), Field Operations (FO), Building 6418 Mexican Fruit Fly Rearing Facility (MFFRF) - Boiler Room, Moore Air Base (MAB), 22675 N. Moorefield Road, Edinburg Texas 78541. Inquiries and all correspondence concerning this solicitation should be submitted in writing, no later than 10 days before the due date for receipt of proposals, to the Contracting Officer, Jim Roloff, at james.g.roloff@usda.gov. Offerors should contact only the Contracting Officer issuing the solicitation about any aspect of this requirement prior to contract award.
