Ramirez Apartments: Doors & Hardware - Replace Existing Exterior Doors as Indicated on the Drawings - Provide And Install Hardware for All New Doors - Replace Hardware At Existing Doors to Remain - Door Frames - Remove And Replace All Exterior Door Frames The prebid conference is on Wednesday October 25, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. and bid date is on November 12, 2025 10:00 A.M. As of 7/11/2024, no bids were received. Project may be rebid. The purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference is to answer any questions that any bidder may have. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the largest possible total Bid, including consideration of alternates, with each bid. The successful offeror will be required to provide 100% Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bonds in strict conformance with all the requirements of the Contract Documents.
