Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the Roxy Theater Roof Repair. This project is eligible for sales tax exemption. A cashier's check, a certified check or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the Muskogee Municipal Authority, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The MMA reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The MMA reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of the bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
