Renovation of a museum in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Three Rivers Museum Roof Replacement and Repair This Project Consists of Furnishing All Required Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Tools, and Personnel to Perform All Necessary Labor for the Construction of the Three Rivers Roof Replacement and Repair. This Project is Eligible for Sales Tax Exemption. A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder. Deposits Will Be Returned to Unsuccessful Bidders. Each Bid Submitted is a Legal Offer and When Accepted by the City of Muskogee, Constitutes a Firm and Binding Contract. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. The work to be covered under these contracts in accordance with the drawings listed herein and, in these specifications, consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation and services necessary to complete the construction as outlined herein and as shown on the drawings. The complete installation shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning nor any subsidiary which is customarily furnished.
