The City of Manteca is seeking proposals and qualifications from entities and/or non- profit organizations to operate an Unsheltered Emergency Center ("The Center" or "Emergency Center") within the City of Manteca. The City of Manteca has land, in the form of a paved parking lot, available at 555 Industrial Park Drive available for this purpose. It is expected that the selected proposer will manage and oversee existing structures (dormitory modular units, community spaces, etc.) to house unsheltered clients.
