Removal ofcoatings and replacement ofterracotta breeze blocks. 6. LightFixture Installation in a Historic Building: Installation ofnew building mounted lighting on the historic sun houses. 4. RoofRepair in a Historic Site: Repair ofthe existing terracotta and slate roof per the contract documents. 5. Wood Repair and Replacement in a Historic Building: Restoration ofthe sun houses include new railings, wood trim, soffits, and structural repair ofexisting roofframing members.
