The project includes the construction of turn lanes and driveway improvements from the intersection of FM 3180 and FM 565 to 0.5 miles west along FM 565. Each Bid must be accompanied by either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount, acceptable to the Owner, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor.
