Site work for a water / sewer project in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project provides for the construction of approximately 125 LF of 15-inch PVC gravity sewer main including installation of a manhole, both hot mix asphalt and concrete pavement restoration, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Any questions regarding the use of the electronically for bidding can be directed to Jim Rioux at (360) 753-8484. Any questions regarding the project can be directed to Bjian Philumalee, P.E. at (360) 753- 8297. If necessary, questions will be answered via an addendum. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount. The City of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $150,000 to $200,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
