Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 16, 2024, project was awarded to Ajax Paving Industries of Florida LLC, but awarded amount is not available. Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide milling and resurfacing improvements to various roads within Lee County, Florida. Work shall include, but not be limited to; milling, resurfacing, restriping, ADA upgrades and minor signal work to accommodate ADA upgrades. Then and there to be publicly opened and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for Lee County, Florida, in conformance with the Solicitation Documents, which include technical Specifications and/or a Scope of Work. It has been determined that the specifications and scope of work within this solicitation are adequate to describe the product or services being requested. A pre-bid conference and site visit has not been scheduled for this solicitation.
