Federal Requirements This Is A Federally Funded Project. All Bidders Are Required To Make The Six Good Faith Efforts To Assure Compliance With The State's "Fair Share Goals" And Are Required To Comply With Eeo Regulations. Domestic Preference This Project Is Subject To Build America, Buy America Act (Babaa) Requirements Under Title Ix Of The Infrastructure Investment And Jobs Act (Iija), Pub. L. 117-58, 70900-70953. Absent An Approved Waiver, All Iron, Steel, Manufactured Products, And Construction Materials Used In This Project Must Be Produced In The United States. Babaa Incorporates The Same Requirements As American Iron And Steel (Ais) Requirements Which Are Included In Appendix A.
