Questions Due Monday, May 13, 2024 3:00 PM PST The term of the resulting agreement is expected to be for Three (3) years and is anticipated to be effective from Monday, July 01, 2024 through Wednesday, June 30, 2027, with the option to extend the term at the discretion of the DOJ and upon approval, if required, from the California Department of General Services (DGS). The agreement term may change if the DOJ makes an award earlier than expected or if the DOJ cannot execute the agreement by the anticipated start date due to unforeseen delays. The DOJ reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete the services needed by the DOJ. Agreement extensions are subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor, funding availability, and possibly approval by the DGS. The resulting agreement will be of no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the DGS, if required. The successful bidder is hereby advised not to commence performance until all approvals have been obtained. If performance commences before all approvals are obtained, said services may be considered to have been volunteered.
