Renovation of a water / sewer project in Goshen, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the following: o Coordinate with the Village of Goshen Sewer Plant Operator or his/her designate. o Provide a factory representative onsite to assist with the disassembly, assembly, and startup process. o Disassemble two (2) 68-foot diameter clarifier mechanisms and appurtenances. o Clean and prepare the disassembled parts. o Furnish and apply a high-performance coating to the disassembled parts. o Assemble two (2) 68-foot diameter clarifier mechanisms and appurtenances. o Only one (1) clarifier can be out of operation at any given time. o Each clarifier shall be completed within 30 days of shutdown to the greatest extent possible. o Work ideally should be contained within the dry season starting May 31 st and ending in midSeptember. o Conduct inspections and test runs per the manufacturer's instructions and under the direction of a factory representative. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Village of Goshen as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. Bidders are required to execute a non-collusion bidding certificate pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. The Village of Goshen hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Owner.
