Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) invites sealed bids to provide all labor and equipment necessary for LDLD2 Runoff Zone Liner Cleaning Project, located at EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility in Elk Grove, CA. Bidder envelope must clearly list contractor name and return address. Envelopes that do not list contractor name and address will not be opened. Pre-bid meeting info : It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with all requirements of the solicitation and identify any issues at this meeting. Pre-Bid Meeting attendees must e-mail Justin Kwok at kwokc@sacsewer.com with attendee names no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. This information is required to provide access to the site. Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid is required to be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix D and Appendix E respectively.
