The Cosumnes Community Services District (District) is accepting proposals for contracted custodial services. The District has park restrooms and other facilities (recreation & community swim center, and offices) in Elk Grove, that require custodial services. Park restrooms vary in size from 128 to 1,080 square feet, and other facilities vary in size from 1,920 to 28,537 square feet. A high level of cleanliness of these public facilities and work environments is of utmost importance. The Cosumnes Community Services District (District) is accepting proposals for contracted custodial services. Park restrooms vary in size from 128 to 1,080 square feet, and other facilities vary in size from 1,920 to 28,537 square feet. The District provides essential quality of life services including fire protection, emergency medical services and parks and recreation services. The Fire Department serves Elk Grove and Galt, while the Parks and Recreation Department serves exclusively the Elk Grove area of the District. The District encompasses roughly 157 square miles and serves an estimated population of 190,000 people. The District is dedicated to the principles of competition and fairness.
