The City of Elk Grove, Department of Public Works, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Division is responsible for delivering the Citys Capital Projects as well as other minor public works projects and studies to construction contract award or completion in the case of studies. These projects and studies cover alternative transportation modes, community enhancements, drainage, facilities, and transportation categories The City of Elk Grove, Public Works Department will be requesting a detailed statement of qualifications (SOQs) from firms qualified to provide on-call Project Management and/or Architectural/Engineering Professional Services. Up to five (5) contracts may be awarded for on-call Project Management and up to ten (10) contracts may be awarded for Architectural/Engineering Professional Services. The Citys vision is to group the on-call contracts into two types. The first type is for Project Management services and the other is for Architectural/Engineering Professional Design Services. Firms may submit SOQs for either or both types. If you have any questions regarding the upcoming RFQs, please contact Travis Kuhn, Senior Civil Engineer at tkuhn@elkgrovecity.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
