As of May 31, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on June 11, 2024 during the Board Meeting. The Work is generally described as follows: Construction of up to approximately 862 square yards of concrete sidewalk. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Union City Area School District, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 10% of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid Questions Due Date: May 24th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract
