The City of Prineville Public Works Department is seeking services related to the rehabilitation of approximately 361,080 square feet (sq. ft.) of City Streets. The streets shall either have the existing asphalt wearing surface ground and inlaid, or be new paving. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the 2024 Street Rehabilitation Project Grind and Inlay Approximately 361,080 square feet Deer St from 3rd to SW 5th Place SW Ewen St. from 1st Place to 5th Place SW 1st Place from Deer to Ewen St SW 5th Place from Deer to Ewen St SW 4th St. from Deer to Main St SW Claypool from 2nd to 4th SW Beaver from 2nd to 4th SW 3rd from Deer to Claypool SW 2nd from Deer to Claypool SW 3rd from Claypool to Beaver SW 2nd from Claypool to Beaver NW Maple Ave from 3rd to 2nd NW Harwood from 3rd to 2nd W 1st St. from Deer to Main St The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 1st of July 2024 with a completion date of no later than the 30th day of August, 2024. The successful bidder's security will be retained until he has executed a satisfactory contract and furnished a (100%) one hundred percent performance bond, and (100%) one hundred percent payment bond, and provide the required proof of insurance.
