Renovation of a municipal facility in Danville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Item 1. Lump Sum Labor and Equipment cost for the Renovation of Womens Restroom along with all licenses, permits, and paying of prevailing wage. Item 2. Lump Sum Labor and Equipment cost for the Renovation of Mens Restroom along with all licenses, permits and paying of prevailing wage. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the any Contract awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This is a public project using public funds. Contractor is required to pay prevailing wage. Vermilion County Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Authority, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Vermilion County Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Authority for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. If further information is needed any potential bidder may contact the General Manager at 217.431.2424.
