Renovation of a municipal facility in Danville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrades to the HVAC system at the administration building including boiler, pump, expansion tank, and ductless split system replacement with associated electrical and control work. Site Address: 16161 Grape Creek Road Each bidder shall inform themselves fully of the conditions relating to the work prior to the bid submittal. The duties of the bidder hereunder shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Careful examination of the documents provided by the District. 2. Assuring Bidder's understanding of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations that may affect the cost, progress, performance or furnishing of the equipment Failure of the bidder to perform all such duties shall not operate to relieve a successful bidder of its obligation to perform the Contract for the amount of the accepted bid.
