Renovation of a stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The City is seeking for qualified Mechanical Contractors with expertise in working with ammonia plants for performing the below mentioned required services at Kitsilano Arena for replacement (supplying and installing) of new compressor, heat exchanger and fluid cooler at the Kitsilano Arena located at 2690 Larch Street, City of Vancouver, British Columbia: Replacement of fluid cooler, compressor, and heat exchanger; Contractor shall demonstrate experience working with ammonia plant; Working as Prime Contractor for the project performing all required subtrades including general contract trades, electrical, structural, controls, and any other works as required to complete work as noted in IFT drawings and spec.; General contract works including contract administration, demolition and housekeeping pad extensions, startup, commissioning, identification, documentation of the mechanical systems and controls; Applying for the necessary work permits Perform all works as specified in the specifications and drawings provided in this Tender package (as Attachments); and One year Warranty along with maintenance manuals and documentation.
