This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of a General Contractor for UBC Hospital (UBCH) Koerner Radiology Room 2 (M-163) and Room 3 (M-176) Renovation. This renovation project will be completed in two phases. The first Phase will be Project E597-00: UBCH Koerner Radiology Room 2 Renovation, followed by the Renovations to the adjacent Project D716-00: UBCH Koerner MI Room 3 General Radiology. This work will include alterations to walls, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and the installation, as well the contractor will need to allow time in their schedule for the installation of the Siemens Equipment in each room.
