3.2.1 The Contractor shall remove and dispose of RTU 1: one (1) existing AAON Model Number RN-008-8-0- E709-000, Serial # 201104-ANCH03869 and RTU 2: one (1) existing AAON Model Number RN-020-8- 0-E709-000, Serial # 201105-BNCP03875. 3.2.2 The Contractor shall install one (1) new Trane 8-ton rooftop unit with economizer attachments and one Trane 20-ton rooftop unit with economizer attachments. Each new unit shall utilize R-410A refrigerant or the most current standard refrigerant at the date of manufacture to provide the longest unit lifespan under the current regulations. 3.2.3 The Contractor shall provide and install associated curb adapters. 3.2.4 The Contractor shall connect new electric lines to existing electric with new outdoor conduit. 3.2.5 The Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing refrigerant line and replace with new as needed. 3.2.6 The Contractor shall provide rigging and crane necessary for installation. 3.2.7 The Contractor shall not disturb the existing roof and curb and no new penetrations shall be made to the existing roof. 3.2.8 The Contractor shall power up systems and check to verify that systems are functioning properly and working at fully operational status. 3.2.9 The Contractor shall install all equipment in accordance with all HVAC industry standards and in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
