It is the intent of this contract to provide monthly site audits of exterior lighting and to troubleshoot and repair non-functioning lights as required at the Boulder Laboratories site located at 325 Broadway in Boulder, Colorado, and the Fort Collins site located at 2000 E CO Rd 58, Fort Collins, CO 80524. This is a one year with four (4) option year contract. The Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) is for the labor, supervision, management, equipment, and materials required to ensure the minimum requirements are completed in accordance with the statement of work. May 9, 2024: Added Seperate file for Attachment 01 Site Utility Lighting Map, which is included inline with attachment documents. Period of Performance: 08/01/2024 to 07/31/2025 The site visit date for this project is May 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM MST. Quoters are strongly encouraged to attend to fully inform themselves about the location and conditions under which the work is to be performed.
