The deadline to ask questions is 5/27/2024 12:00 AM CDT furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental for the construction of East Belt Logistics Park - Public Infrastructure on behalf of Harris County MUD No. 148, City of Houston ETJ, Harris County, Texas. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Scope of Project: Approximately 260 LF of 10" sanitary sewer and all appurtenances; Approximately 1,200 LF of 10"-12" water line and all appurtenances; and Storm water pollution prevention measures. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a one-year maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
