Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contract will consist of the following: Rehabilitation (lining) via cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) of approximately 15,700 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 575 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer, and 510 linearfeet of 24-inch stormmain as well asrehabilitation of up to 62 manholesin Greenwood, Indiana 2. Site work as required including pavement repair, drive repair, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, and restoration/seeding. B. The work is as described herein, as shown on the plans, and as specified in the bid/specifications documents. Construction shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and to the satisfaction of the Engineer. C. All of the above items including site work, piping, electrical, demolition and all other incidental work necessary for construction of the project as described in the project documents, whether explicitly indicated or not. The Contractor shall provide all resources needed to complete the work in a quality manner according to the specified schedule Question Deadline 05/30/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit all questions to the Engineer in writing via email to Jon Query at: jquery@hwcengineering.com with Eric Smith (esmith@hwcengineering.com) copied on the email. Any questionsreceived via email will be answered in the form of an Addendum submitted to all planholders.
