Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spindale, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and fire / police facility.

SCOPE OF WORK: Isothermal Community College is soliciting bids to upgrade the fire alarm systems in the Business Sciences Building, Communications Building, Health & Public Services Building and Continuing Education/Performing Arts Building. Work is to include new fire alarm panels and associated perimeter devices, including but not limited to wiring, backboxes, horns, strobes, annunciator panels, pull stations, smoke detectors, batteries, surge protectors, etc. Final perimeter device count shall be determined by contractor. All Questions must be directed via email to jkjohnson@isothermal.edu by 4:00pm Wednesday June 19th 2024. Addenda addressing Questions will be posted by 4:30 on Thursday, June 20th. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
