CTH-ES Culvert Replacement ( V-64-1 ) The contractor shall coordinate with Jon Olinger, 608.295.1205, jolinger@rhabberman.com and Amy Taetsch, 414.750.4708, amy.taetsch@dot.wi.gov on the closure and staging of the USH 12 and CTH ES intersection. Closure of CTH ES culvert replacement shall not occur during full closure of the USH12 and CTH ES east leg of the intersection In general, the work under this project consists of removing an existing highway cross culvert and replacing it with a new 12ft x 5ft precast concrete box culvert (Structure No. V-64-1). The work also includes excavation and grading, base aggregate, HMA approach pavement, erosion control, beam guard, restoration, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work.
