SCOPE: In general, the work under this project consists of asphaltic milling and pulverizing, HMA pavement, culvert replacements, concrete curb and gutter, base aggregate, asphaltic millings for shoulders, minor ditching, driveway re-paving, erosion control, traffic control, restoration, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The centerline length of the project is approximately 3.4 miles. PROJECT COMPLETION: All work under this Contract shall be completed by September 13, 2024. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the work in accordance with the date(s) set forth above shall be One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy dollars ($1,570.00) for each calendar day in excess thereof.
