As of March 15, 2024 project was awarded to Rock Road Companies Inc., but awarded amount is not available. The project includes the installation of approximately 7,450 LF of 12" PVC sanitary sewer, 5,085 LF of 12-inch PVC water main (alternate bid items), 400 tons of HMA pavement, dewatering, erosion control, and restoration. All Work will be under a single prime Contract. If Bidders are interested in digging test pits along the project route, please coordinate this with the Engineer. This project will be financed with funds from the DNR Clean Water Fund (CWF) and possibly the Safe Drinking Water Fund (SDWF) Loan programs. DBE firms, including MBEs and WBEs, are encouraged to submit bid proposals. A Statement of Bidder's Qualifications form will be issued with the Bid Documents. The Statement of Bidder's Qualifications form shall be completed and submitted with the bid. A Bidder's failure to submit required qualification information with their bid may disqualify Bidder from receiving an award of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who is determined to be unqualified. All bidders must submit the qualification form regardless of previous submittal of similar forms.
