USC is seeking a firmthat can serve as an Independent Peer Reviewer (IPR) for a new 312,000 GSF School of Medicine and Research Facility. The selected IPR will provide sequential quality control reviews of the design and pre-construction services being provided by the selected design-build (DB) contractor who is already engaged. Review of design documents will be a primary duty of the IPR. Small and Minority participation is highly encouraged. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
