Renovation of a military facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Jackson, Fort Jackson, SC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI), in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Access Control System Services at the on behalf of the US Army Soldier Support Institute at 10000 Liberty Division Road. Please see attached draft PWS for details. This RFI is to identify potential Small Business contractors for this requirement. POP 29-JUL-2024 TO 28-OCT-2024 This is a non-personnel services incidental to remove an existing inoperable access control system from Building 10000 and install a new system in that facility. The access control systems will consist of a total of 13 entry points for Building 10000. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all work in connection with the installation access control system for the SSI facilities, as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
