This quote is for the one-time purchase and installation of the Seminole Park Fire Storage Building Roof Replacement.The City of Clermont is accepting quotes for a one-time purchase and installation of Seminole Park Fire Storage Building roof replacement located at 1201 Seminole Street Clermont, Florida, 34711. The estimated roof area is 1039 Sq./Ft. All items purchased for this project must comply with all government standards including, but not limited to, those issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Institute of Occupational Safety Hazards (NIOSH), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). The successful respondent must furnish all labor and materials necessary for satisfactory performance. When equipment and materials are not specifically identified, such equipment and materials must be of a suitable type and grade for the purpose. All equipment, materials, and workmanship are subject to the inspection and approval of the Project Manager. In the event the successful respondent fails to comply with these requirements, the City reserves the right to secure the required services and charge the costs of such services back to the successful respondent. The respondent must obtain and pay for all licenses, permits, and inspection fees required for this project. Where the successful respondent is required to enter or go into City of Clermont property to deliver materials and perform work or services as a result of an award, the respondent will assume the duty, obligation, and expense of obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance. Successful respondents shall obtain, provide, and maintain during the term of the contract the types and amounts of insurance indicated in Section A, "Insurance Requirements." Insurance shall be maintained with insurers licensed to sell insurance in the State of Florida and have a B+, VI, or higher rating in the latest edition of A.M. Best's insurance guide. To ensure that all potential respondents have accurately and completely understood the requirements of this solicitation, the City of Clermont Procurement Services Department will accept written questions up until 12:00 pm on Monday, May 27, 2024. Verbal inquiries will not be accepted and potential respondents are instructed to only seek additional information or clarification or to communicate in writing with the Procurement Services Director. The City of Clermont requires all questions relating to this solicitation to be entered through the "Question and Answer" tab available on the Portal. Responses to questions will be provided online. As the best interests of the City may require, the City reserves the right to make an award on the lowest price basis by individual item, group of items, all or none, or a combination thereof, with one or more respondent(s); to reject all responses or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in responses.
