The City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks (OSMP) Facilities Department is soliciting bids for the installation of EV charging and replacement mechanical equipment at the Cherryvale North building (63 S. Cherryvale Rd.). To align this site with citywide climate goals, OSMP hired McKinstry to design and engineer the electrification of this site. This work included designing a site electrical service upgrade, replacement of outdated natural gas (NG) mechanical equipment, and installation of (4) dual level 2 EV chargers and (4) dual level 3 DCFCs.
