The South Wilmington Sewer Separation Project Includes the Construction of a Separate Storm Drain System and Partial Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Along B and C Streets Along With Adjacent Roadways. The Project Also Includes Water Main Among Other Utility Adjustments as Necessary to Accommodate the Proposed Storm Drain Piping. This Project is Funded by the Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund: Therefore, Bidders and the Successful Contractor Must Comply With the Related Program Requirements. Bidders Must Follow the "good Faith Efforts" in Providing Opportunities to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Dbe) in Preparation of Their Bids and Procurement of Construction, Supplies, and Services. This Project is Subject to State of Delaware Prevailing Wage Rates Regulations and the Davis Bacon Wage Rates, Whichever is Higher. A Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid is Required to Be Submitted With the Bid on This Contract. Bidders Must Also Comply With the President's Executive Order No. 11246 Which Prohibits Discrimination in Employment Regarding Race, Creed, Color, Sex, or National Origin.
