A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State of Delaware Department of State seeks professional services regarding the engagement of architectural, landscape architecture, and engineering services (consultant) for the proposed Library Stroll Streetscape Project. Deadline for Questions Date: May 31, 2024 Response to Questions Posted by: Date: June 7, 2024 Each proposal must be accompanied by a transmittal letter which briefly summarizes the proposing firm's interest in providing the required professional services. The transmittal letter must also clearly state and justify any exceptions to the requirements of the RFP which the applicant may have taken in presenting the proposal. The State of Delaware reserves the right to deny any and all exceptions taken to the RFP requirements. A mandatory pre-bid meeting has not been established for this Request for Proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Additional documents including plans are available from the owner.
