This is an invitation to submit a proposal to Dawson County from qualified individuals/firms specializing in architectural, engineering, and project management services, with CDBG project experience, to design a new Public Health Facility, to be located on Hwy 9 North, Dawsonville, GA 30534, indicated herein. The construction phase will be partially supported by CDBG Funds. Details are listed under Section II. . This project will be subject to the Build America, Buy America Act, enacted as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
