Professional engineering svcs incl civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural & engineering design/consulting, inspection certification svcs, testing/geotechnical, hazardous materials service, commissioning svcs. Salt Lake County, on behalf of its Parks and Recreation Division, "County" is soliciting proposals from qualified Landscape Architects (hereafter referred to as "Proposer " pre-award , or post award as "Architect") to establish a pool of Architects who will provide Architectural and other closely related services for various park planning, design, and construction projects (hereinafter referred to jointly as "Project" or "Projects"), for project master planning, programming, studies, investigative reports, design, bidding and construction administration services, not to exceed a fee of $100,000 per project. Question Deadline 05/30/2024 at 1:00 PM MT Questions may be submitted through online. Answers to the questions will be posted in online for everyone to view. Do not contact County officers or employees, or selection committee members. Owner Rights : The County reserves the right to bid out projects at its sole discretion. The County reserves the right to reject any proposal based on poor references and/or project performance. Anticipated Notice to Proceed August 1, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
