Professional engineering svcs incl civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural & engineering design/consulting, inspection certification svcs, testing/geotechnical, hazardous materials service, commissioning svcs. Salt Lake County, on behalf of its Parks and Recreation Division, "County" is soliciting proposals from qualified Landscape Architects (hereafter referred to as "Proposer " pre-award , or post award as "Architect") to establish a pool of Architects who will provide Architectural and other closely related services for various park planning, design, and construction projects (hereinafter referred to jointly as "Project" or "Projects"), for project master planning, programming, studies, investigative reports, design, bidding and construction administration services, not to exceed a fee of $100,000 per project.
