Renovation of a retail development in Savannah, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The City of Savannah is requesting Statements of Qualification from general contractors for construction of the Gamble Building Renovation. Prequalification is mandatory for all contractors who wish to submit bids on this project. The award of the construction contract will be made to the prequalified bidder with the lowest responsive and responsible bid. All questions regarding this event must be received by Monday, May 20, 2024, at 12:00pm EST Questions must be submitted in writing to Cory Miller (cmiller02@savannahga.gov). The answers to all questions received will be published in addenda issued by the Purchasing Department. Companies must acknowledge all addenda issued in conjunction with this event for their responses to be considered. The City of Savannah reserves the right at any time to modify, waive, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this request for Statement of Qualifications including, but not limited to, the deadlines for the submission, the submission requirements, and the Scope of Work. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withdraw the request for Statement of Qualifications at any time.
