Reference Number 0000352161 Work to be done under this Contract is generally described as exploratory excavation and consequent backfill and restoration of disturbed areas on 85 residential and/or commercial properties within Lyon Township. The work includes hydro-excavating approximately two points along the privately owned portion of existing water service lines, from the curb stop box to the exterior wall of a house; performing limited hand-excavation as needed to expose existing utilities or other site features deemed appropriate by the Supervising Professional; backfilling all excavations with compacted MDOT Class II Granular Material; restoring all disturbed lawn areas with the placement of approved topsoil, seed, and mulch; repairing any damaged and/or removed Portland cement concrete sidewalks, sidwalk ramps; bituminous or Portland-cement concrete driveways and drive approaches; gravel drives or paths; and, all other necessary and related work to accommodate the work of this project.
