Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,066-square-foot educational facility.
This project will include new ceilings, lights, paint, and flooring on both first and second floors. Remove classroom wall to create open student area. Create two student study rooms and two new offices. Update restroom on first floor for ADA compliance. Update heating system and modify MEP as required to accommodate new spaces. a certified check or bid bond properly executed by the bidder in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in said bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the specified time of the receipt of bids Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
